I not too long ago found a GPS tracking device in my vehicle which I know for a fact my mother put there. I am more than 18 and am told that it is illegal given that I am no longer a minor. Not that I would do this but could I take my mom to court and what would the consequences be? It is my car and is in my name even so I did not spend completely for my car and I do not pay for my insurance either.
