Question by e3z8q0: Help! really should I take my auto from my boyfriend? My boyfriend has been trying to get my second automobile from me. He paid me 1500 down three months ago and hasn’t paid any a lot more since. He want call me and he texts me only saying that he has component of the income and will get the rest by the 10th of the month. I don’t know if I need to trust him anymore. The vehicle is in my name and he wrote a bill of sale and payment plan. He has broken his very own contract and he is very late paying me and he is avoiding me. I just want to speak to him in person. I asked him to bring the auto to place new insurance coverage on it and he just texted me about it but he has created any time to come up and take care of it. I am praying that absolutely nothing happens to the automobile. It is an 06 Charger and its rather nice. He smokes weed in it so now it smells like weed. Can i just take the automobile from him and not give him back any funds? He stated I would hath to give him back 1500 if I take it. He has been driving the car for 3 months and hasn’t paid insurance coverage and is two months late paying. The original auto note is 421.00 and 125.00 for insurance coverage. I also have a GPS tracking on the auto I was pondering about turning the car off and discovering out exactly where it is.

Question by Haru san: Parents place a phone tracking device on my telephone, how do I take it off? I just got a new telephone and its beneath my dads account instead of my moms. We have AT&T. My dad is really more than protective and doesnt trust me, idono why, I dont give him a cause not to trust me. Anyways, he’s always checking exactly where I am at ALL HOURS OF THE DAY and its very annoying. If I leave the home for more than an hour, he checks to see where I am and then calls and asks me why I’m there. If i devote the night at a close friends house, he checks at least each couple hours. Its annoying due to the fact I am 17 years old and he’s truly treating me like a youngster. I have by no means done anything sneaky, and I usually inform the truth about where Im going…it just annoys me that he always understands where i’m at and often even comes to choose me up if he doesnt “approve”. He doesnt know that I know he has me on GPS tracking.
Anyways my question is, how do I take off the tracking program? Without having to turn off the phone? Its hard to go on adventures with him understanding where I’m at and then popping up out of nowhere.
He’s not the type of person I can have a civilized conversation with about this, its his way, he is the adult, and I dont deserve respect. How do I get past the GPS tracking technique? PLEASE Aid. Thank you
