Is there such thing as a mini GPS tracking tag?
I’m questioning if there’s such a factor as a Little tag or sticker you can location on an item that will emit a signal that can be traced or tracked by way of GPS (or hell, even a divining rod sort setup exactly where it just gives me warm or cold readings). sort of like a mini low-jack (BUT NOT AN ACTUAL LOW JACK FOR Cars). i lately had my camera stolen and it would be properly worth the cost to location something inside a piece of electronic gear that would allow me to track it back down.

once more, NOT asking for a auto low jack, but something comparable and significantly smaller that can be attached to small electronic items like cellphones or cameras.

It would be nice, but they don’t exist. A single massive dilemma is power. If you have sufficient battery power to get a decent signal out and have it last lengthy adequate to be beneficial it won’t be a mini tracking tag.

I know you can track cars on GPS but is there such a thing that allows you to pinpoint the exact location of a small item?

You can get basically RFID things you can pinpoint to a few feet, maybe less. You would use a reader to find them.

a fellow dog lover mentioned to me there is a new microchip available that also has GPS tracking signal (kind of like the “On Star” in cars) Is this true and if so, can anyone give me more info about it and/or a website? I think this would be a really great advancement in technology and help reunite dogs and their owners that much quicker.

the only ones ive heard of are the ones that have been out if your dog ends up in the pound they can scan the animal for a chip and it will give you the address of the owner -i would prefer the gps myself so im gonna mark your question

I heard that you can track your friends and where they are. I am hoping it is optional to be tracked! hahaha!
