Can I track a Sprint employee who’s giving away my phone details to a nosy girlfriend?

Cell Phone Tracking Sprint?

I know someone is tracking me because I checked his/her phone. I am sure of so please don’t question it. We both use Sprint and have Blackberries with Google maps and GPS. How is this possible? We have separate plans and contracts. Well I know this person well and is a friend so I don’t want the police involved. We used to track each other with the program Sprint has when you share a plan and contract. This person is not very techincal and I don’t think he/she could have bought anything software. Also he/she is not calling the person to track it. It’s something else. From their phone it just looks like Google Maps with a bubble sticking out and my name in it and under it it says something like last checked 1 hour ago.
