My boyfriend has been trying to buy my second car from me. He paid me 1500 down 3 months ago and hasn’t paid any more since. He want call me and he texts me only saying that he has part of the money and will get the rest by the 10th of the month. I don’t know if I should trust him anymore. The car is in my name and he wrote a bill of sale and payment plan. He has broken his own contract and he is very late paying me and he is avoiding me. I just want to talk to him in person. I asked him to bring the car to put new insurance on it and he just texted me about it but he has made any time to come up and take care of it. I am praying that nothing happens to the car. It is an 06 Charger and its pretty nice. He smokes weed in it so now it smells like weed. Can i just take the car from him and not give him back any money? He said I would hath to give him back 1500 if I take it. He has been driving the car for three months and hasn’t paid insurance and is 2 months late paying. The original car note is 421.00 and 125.00 for insurance. I also have a GPS tracking on the car I was thinking about turning the car off and finding out where it is.
