I need a Child cell phone with GPS tracking locator.?

Disney network is going out of busness at the end of the year . I need a simple phone with not much for extras for a 10 year old. And it must have GPS tracking locator. And of course a new service. Anyone with any ideas ? Thanks Bob but this is for a child. So we can locate the phone when he has it.

I need to purchase a GPS tracking devise to put in my husbands car, any suggestions?

(other than get a divorce, get counseling, get a life or pray.)
