I need a easy phone with not much for extras for a 10 year old. And it must have GPS tracking locator. And of course a new service. Anyone with any ideas ?

CAR STOLEN NEED HELP?

My automobile just got stolen last night it was found in mexico It had GPS tracking on it just to slow get mexican police to help us
by the time we got there it was nearly striped most of the inside was gone engine was out tires and the dam windshild was gone it was sad sight.
MY question is will i have to pay for it? i only had it for 4 months still ow 9500.00 on it will my insurance cover me?
I called geico they stated they send some one out on monday morning anny one know how this works?
i been readying all the fine print could not find annyting on stolen veicales..
The US police could not do annything difrent country they told me to call about 10 phone numbers until i found the one that would help get mexican police to retrive it

I am developing a GPS tracking system for tracking individuals, and require a small self powered unit, which i might place into a custom wearable enclosure with on-board power, rfid, power source and to fit in a watch sized package.
The device must contain a slot for a SIM, power supply, antenna (etched on the PCB possibly) and a RFID chip. I will require scalable units to purchase, and need support in modifying and testing of the final design.
I am a mechanical engineer, and product design consultant. I will specify the product brief, packaging and mechanical constraints for the package. I requrie help and suppliers for the electronics.

My mother is worried now that i have my license that Im going to get in an accident in the middle of nowhere, and be injured and unnable to contact anybody, so she wants to get a gps locator thing, so incase she needs to find out where i am she can just get on the personal and see where the automobile is…

ok heres the deal ive had my automobile broke into over 3 times the past 2 months. is there such a thing as a gps tracking chip that can track in real time were it goes.i need one that can be small enouf to hide in a speaker box or in a automobile stereo. i need to be able to track it when the components of stereo are stolen.
