Query by Mike: Can a Verizon cell cellphone with GPS, be positioned IF the telephone is OFF but the battery is working? (a lot more)….? My son’s cell has been missing since last weekend. We checked with Verizon and NO calls have been made in the past week but put a HOLD on the number. I thought the GPS gadget could be tracked unless of course the battery is removed or dead. ANY concepts or ANY “undeground” websites that could locate (in common) this phone? Thanks.

Question by Dannnnnielle: Where can I find a GPS tracking device in my 2003 Pontiac Grand Am GT? READ FOR MORE DETAILS PLEASE?!? My dad has been tracking my car for aout 6 months. It is FOR SURE somewhere in my car, but I just don’t know where. I don’t know much about cars, so please keep it as simple as possible. Where could this thing be hidden? I want to find it and throw it out to prove a point to him.

I am talking about a TRACKING DEVICE, not a GPS NAVIGATIONAL system.
