I’ve gone to the police because this person is missing, but because he is an adult, there is nothing they will do at this time. I have reason to believe he is going to injured himself and its very important I find him asap.

I was wondering if there is a way you could purchase a tracking/gps device where you could always keep track where a person is, or car. For instance, saying a close person to you parked their automobile somewhere and you wondered when they would be home but they would not tell you, and they sometime like to suprise you lol.

I have a bet with my Father – can police or other agencies use cell phone companies records to solve a crime. for example, can they pinpoint what cell phone was in a particular location at a specific time?

But they would have to know which cell phone they are looking for right? State a theft took place at 123 main st on feb 12 at 1:00 am — can law enforcement get a record of all cell phones who were in that area at that time and then use those people as suspects?
