Does anybody know how vehicle dealers track a vehicle?Do they insta a gps tracking in the auto?…or its feasible to get in the vehicle computer and track them…

Only 2 methods to track a auto.
1 : Radio transmitter that is tracked by unique receivers that triangulate location. Such as those utilised in teh “tracker” program utilised to recover stolen (protected) automobiles in the UK

two: GPS locator built into automobile that if activated (if employed for theft protection) or continuously (such as for security van tracking) transmits a GPS location to nearest base station which forwards info to owner / tracking firm

Car’s in car “computer” cannot do it. It is genuinely only an engine management program,
