Question by shane t: My girlfriends employer installed a gps tracking device into her personal vehicle.? She does get a monthly car allowance. But she does not get reimbursed for her mileage or fuel costs. My question is that since there is no way to turn off the device, is this legal? Her boss is capable of tracking her moves on her days off. This just seems like an invasion of her privacy.
