Following waiting weeks for mine to arrive and having to pay virtually $ 300, I cannot get GEMINI (who sells gps tracking phones by means of many internet sites, like childsafetytech.com) to even call me back about either replacing the broken cellphone delivered to me, or giving me a refund. They said they have never ever “heard” of the product arriving broken to a client and will have to “seem into it” just before they inform me anything: meanwhile I am out practically $ 300 and I got this for my youngest daughter. Since kids are getting abducted, this was a peace of thoughts for us. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this company’s LACK of help out to other mother and father who are finding suckered?

They said they have never “heard” of the product arriving broken to a customer and will have to “look into it” before they tell me anything: meanwhile I am out almost $300 and I got this for my youngest daughter.
