Ok AT&T valued customer I need help I am having problems my phone broke ATT transfered me to assurion and they took my claim they stated I should recieve my phone in 2-3 days…

i clearly asked the to request a signature but UPS or whoever shipped just left in in the front door. No one was home and my phne was stolen, Can they track it down if someone else is using it with a different sim card???

and check this out I called them to let them know I never recieved it so they said they will mail 1 out i should of recieved it yesterday and still nothing… WTF what do I do because now they mailed it to this big ass clinic that I work in and nobody recieved anything. Funny to think I possibly got jacked again…. Help who ever knows info about cell phones in
