Question by Kristi: Don’t all police depts have the capability to track a GPS device on a car? Someone put a GPS device on my car to track me. There have been several strangers that I have seen before, and everywhere I go they seem to be there. I am not being paranoid. Yesterday, I caught three different drivers trying to following me. I immediately turned to the left to left and slowed down. Then, they immediately tried to slow down so they can dodge me trying to get their license places. I saw their faces, and they looked at me back and immediately sped off. These were three different drivers, three different cars, three different occasions.
I went to my local police dept to have my car inspected for a tracking device, and they said that they don’t do it. You’d have to go to a dealer. Now, since they have the capability to track cars, don’t they have the capabilities to detect tracking devices?

I do not like the concept the government being able to track my where abouts whenever they feel like it, which they pretty much can do.
Anyone have any knowledge on American phone models that fall in that 5th percent?
Answer by CrystalAny cell phone that has a signal can be tracked, even if it’s not exactly intended to be used as GPS. Your phone has to use the cell towers to get a signal to call out.

I’d rather not say who or why I was tracking…There was only one unrecognized address, visited 2 or 3 times. One time, the car was at that address for about 5 hours, another time for 6 minutes. Other than that, the person just went home and to work. How can I find out what the address was? How do GPS trackers work? I don’t think there the same as a TomTom or Magellan-type GPS…
