Verizon calls it the Mego phone. Very reliable and sturdy for a youngster. And you add the cellphone for $ ten a month as you want to keep track of the kid, just hit some buttons

I am for tracking units, especially children. These units can be used for vehicles, the elderly, valuable equipment, kids, etc. Do you think $ 249.00 is too much to pay? Would you pay $ 249.00? Unit can do much more than track but keep tabs incase the child wanders a certain distance from home and instant text message sent to cell phone. I am thinking of selling these units and wanted to see what others thought of the price, etc. Thank you in advance for your thoughts!

I think $ 249 is a little expensive. A more reasonable price would be $ 199. By the way, tracking system is a great idea!
