Query by William F:
Wisconsin police can attach GPS to vehicles to secretly track anybody’s movements without having obtaining a warrant?
Do you agree with this practice or is it going to far?

——————————————

Answer by The Lil’ Windmill That Could
No. I feel you can violate the spirit of a law devoid of violating its letter. This is a clear invasion of privacy the sort of which the constitution was meant to defend. GPS is some thing that just wasn’t considered by our Founders and legislators.

Answer by Captain Crook
Cops currently think they are above the law. Why do they want them to believe they are in heaven? Hell 2 da no.

Answer by Boss H
Why do they need to when most automobiles are coming with GPS anyway?

But I believe it is going way as well far.

but hey, nothing to worry if you have nothing to hide right? proper? proper?
That is what I kept hearing when complaining about them staying in a position to do almost the same point with your telephone line.

——————————————
What do you feel? Answer below!

in the name of safety…

agree or disagree

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content material/post/2008/08/12/AR2008081203275.html

Answer by Gone crazy… BRB
Not with no a warrant.

Answer by j _j_83221
they shouldnt but they are attempting to

Answer by Maxwell
They can do that now if they get a warrant. But your very own safety won’t get a warrant.

This is not new technology…it has been used for years.

and they are only employing it on men and women they already have as suspects in previous crimes.
