at operate we use tracer fleet to track the trucks but it can only track one unit at a time.
not positive of the web sight for them but the info i get helps like speed,location,path and street as it show es them on a map and you can zoom in and out.

i dont think there is a system like that not just for the shadow but for each cellphone simply because you either need the gps prepared which the shadow doesn’t have or you can use the world wide web and download yahoo mobile by way of the world wide web

You do not need to have GPS to track a cell mobile phone. It would ruin the battery life if you tried.

As far as I am mindful, you can only do that if you are paying for the account the telephone is on, in which case you will need to make contact with your provider. It can also be completed in particular law enforcement circumstances, with correct warrants.
