it possibly could have considering that it is a newer model,,some of the newer cars are coming out with them as regular equipment,,probably in a couple of years it will be a standard characteristic on even the cheaper vehicles,,most insurance firm,s offer you discounts for autos that have the systems on them,,excellent luck i hope this help,s.

If you purchased the auto used, the dealer or financing firm could have installed 1 such that they can remotely avoid the vehicle from beginning if payments aren’t made.
