Not unless you are on the same plan, I think. Maybe not even then but you can track each other through loopt.com. My daughter and I do that too. Its fun and you can send messages and etc. It depends on if your boyfriends phone is compatible with loopt. I have a blackberry and my boyfriend has an Instinct and his phone is not compatible.

Depending on who provides your service,
I believe you can.
You call your provider and ask them to turn on his GPS and I think if you log onto your online account you can track him.
But I would call your provider and ask.
They can be of MUCH more help than we can!
