Cell Cellphone tracking device?
Does any person know of a cell cellphone firm that has GPS devices to locate the cellphone, with no notifiying the user that they are getting tracked? For instance, tracking a teen that is not exactly where they are suppose to be. If they KNOW they are being tracked they get intelligent on how to get around it, therefore producing the service useless. So far the 3 I have located send a text to the tracked cellphone to let them know it really is being tracked.

I do not know of a cell mobile phone GPS tracking device that does not inform the particular person they are becoming tracked but if you are an overly concerned parent you may find this article and device exciting.
