Im giving my wife a GPS for christmas and want to know…

Is there a way i can locate out exactly where it is?

She offen gets lost and it would be gud if she could ring me up and i could know exactly where she is by way of her GPS in the automobile.

Its a tom tom one….free of charge would be gud but any alternative truly.
I would be doing this by way of my pc. not from my vehicle!

I dont consider there is any way to track someones GPS via your pc.
There Might be a way to do it that I dont know of but I havent heard of it yet.

Most likely does not have this alternative. A GPS unit is a receiver only and typically does not transmit any data. You could examine with the manufacture, but I would picture it would want a transmitter with a receiver on the other end.
