is there a way to track the gps in your car from home? like on your computer? if somebody has your car and you want to see what they are doing with it?

Only if your car has Onstar (or a similar service) and only the Onstar people.

A regular GPS receiver is just a receiver only.

You need a tracking type GPS system to track the whereabouts of a vehicle.
