Is there a way to track an individual by way of their cell mobile phone with GPS?
The phone is a Pantech Slate and the carrier is AT&T. Thanks.

AT&T can triangulate the phone.

This is how it performs.

Each and every cell telephone registers itself automatically to the nearest “Tower” and AT&T can know the place o tower by it is code. But to do this, the government has to give distinct authorization. May possibly feasible involve the FBI.
