Do they have cell phones with GPS driving instruction devices?

Do they have cell phones with GPS driving instruction devices?
I know cell phones have GPS tracking devices, but can any perform as a GPS for giving folks directions when they are driving? If not, why not? It doesn’t seem like it would be too challenging to style.

yes a lot of the new phone have gps direction devices..i didnt know this i bought one for my vehicle and then my pal was using her cell mobile phone..of course you have to acquire the service for it but its worth it so valuable
