ok i’ve got this family member who is known for lying about where he’s going. he also uses a motorola tracfone (that silver double minutes one). so we wanted to kno how we could track him w/ it. as for why-well if u knew him (and what he’s done in the past) as well as the rest of my family does no further questions would b needed.
i’ve heard that all cell phones since 2005 have had some sort of gps tracker put into them (it also would work for 911 calls). my samsung straight talk phone also has a location option (On/911 Only), which gives me the impression that (at least some) contractless phones do have some sort of gps in them.
now i would like to kno if either the Motorola w376 (tracfone) or Samsung R451C (straight talk) are tracable online. if they’re not, what would b a good place to find a cheap GPS device i could put into the cell phone and trace it that way.

well if you have metro, and you and the stalkee (lol) both have the Loopt feature turned on, you can track him. But, if he doesnt, or you have a different company, you probably have to pay through a online service

I didn’t know you can track someone in a private capacity from their cell phone. I wish I’d known about this service when I had a boyfriend who was cheating on me and when I had one that owed me a lot of money and then just suddenly disappeared.
I’m now using the Straight Talk E71 smart phone with free GPS on and its so great not to have to waste time asking for directions or wasting time getting lost. I only pay $45 for a straight talk unlimited plan, for unlimited talk,text,web,e-mail and free calls to 411.
