Can i track someone by putting a GPS System in their car?
Can the GPS systems you install in cars detect its position and let me know? Via internet or whatever, what about being on their monthly plan? Do any companies provide that.

I need a car tracked via GPS without having to recharge it. Thanks

A GPS alone cannot track a vehicle. It takes a GPS tracking system. A standard GPS is for navigational purposes only and only receives from the GPS satellites.
