How can I tell if my parents are tracking my cell phone using GPS?
I’m 18 and don’t want my dad tracking my cell phone with his GPS. I have a feeling he is tracking my brothers but I don’t know about mine. I also wanted to know if it was legal to track my cell phone without my consent if I am an adult?

If he pays your bill, it’s his phone that he’s tracking so yes it is. You can always buy your own phone and pay your own bill and then there would be no way for your dad to track it. If you have nothing to hide, don’t worry about it, if you do – I would really suggest the paying your own way option.

I think it’s wrong. And to find out you could try to do the sneaky thing and look through papers and phone bills or you could ask him if he does. If he doesn’t addmit it then try to keep on asking him until he cracks. And then you could put your phone in a very strange place and see if he comes or try to create a trap to lure him out.

The only solution is to buy your own phone and pay your own bill. As long as your father owns the phone he can track it whenever he wants it. He also go online and track everything.
