It is really hard. You need something called spread spectrum analyser. They are expensive and difficult to learn how to use.

You can also get a anti bugging specialist to un-bug your car.

Other than that, you can closely inspect your car with a flashlight – as GPS need to have clear view of the sky.

But don’t worry. GPS tracking devices are expensive. You probably do NOT have a GPS tracker.
