GEMINI GPS tracking phone/child safety device?

AFter waiting weeks for mine to arrive and paying nearly 0, I cannot get GEMINI (who sells gps tracking phones through many sites, like childsafetytech.com) to even call me back about either replacing the broken phone delivered to me, or giving me a refund.
They stated they have never “heard” of the product arriving broken to a customer and will have to “look into it” before they tell me anything: meanwhile I am out nearly 0 and I got this for my youngest daughter. SInce kids are being abducted, this was a peace of mind for us.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get this company’s LACK of support out to other parents who are getting suckered?

Contact the Superior Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and if you paid with a credit card you could call your credit card company and have them reverse/dispute the charge.
