I am renting a car from Enterprise Rental and want to know if they can track where you are going?
The contract states that the miles are UNLIMITED within certain required states. If I leave those states, there is like a .20 cent /mile charge. Will they know if I am out of the restricted states? Do they have GPS units to track?

Yes, the majority of them do, and if you attempt to defeat them, it sends a signal that you have done so, and your contract is breached at that point, so don’t try.

I looked and saw no tracking devices, then left the state. They never new I was gone.
