Can you track or trace a GPS system that was stolen?
I have a GPS direction system thing that was mounted to the dashboard of my car. Someone broke into my car and stole it. Is there any sort of tracking device in those things?
they did not break my window they must have coat hangered the lock or something. I know it was done at night because my car was parked in my driveway and stuff was stolen out of it that night and the door was left open, i found it the next morning. Would I get the serial number off the box or what?

Yea tell the cops and they will ask for the serial and all that stuff about it as long as its on the satellite will track is works both ways I work with cell phones that’s how cops find stolen cellphones.

Previous poster has no clue. GPS units such as yours are receivers only. It’s goneeeeee…..
Cops do not look for stolen cell phones either.
