Is there such thing as a mini GPS tracking tag?

I’m wondering if there’s such a thing as a SMALL tag or sticker you can place on an item that will emit a signal that can be traced or tracked via GPS (or hell, even a divining rod type setup where it just gives me warm or cold readings). sort of like a mini low-jack (BUT NOT AN ACTUAL LOW JACK FOR CARS). i recently had my camera stolen and it would be well worth the cost to place something inside a piece of electronic equipment that would allow me to track it back down.

again, NOT asking for a car low jack, but something similar and much smaller that can be attached to small electronic items like cellphones or cameras.
