If my car company hasn’t added an accessory that is in my lease contract can I break my lease early?
I have an Audi Lease that is about a year old. I realize that they told me they were going to install a GPS Tracking/Security System but have not done so yet. I am wondering if this could be grounds to terminate my lease without Early Termination Penalties?

Nope.
It is, however, grounds to get the GPS you were promised installed. The problem is going to be that you waited a year to get it done.
But, you still have a lease between you and the finance company. Its based on the VIN of the car, and the numbers you and the dealer agreed to. The bank doenst care if it has GPS or an ostrich-skin cup holder. They financed the car, as you accepted it.

Nope. You are dreaming. Why did you buy a GPS securtiy tracking system on a car you don’t own and your insurance would cover if it was stolen??
If you want to end your lease, this is not the way to do it. Since terminating a lease after only a year will be very expensive, you should look into a lease transfer. Here’s an article with more details:
