Can I track a Sprint employee who’s giving away my phone details to a nosy girlfriend?
My ex-girlfriend is always digging into my cell phone records, and tracking people I’ve called. I know she isn’t doing this online, because I’m constantly changing my password and security questions.
She says she knows someone at Sprint who’s giving her the information. Can I find out who this person is? Does Sprint track employees who access people’s file, especially without permission. There are definitely some laws be broken, I’m sure. And I want to get to the bottom of this.

Anytime an account is looked at on the company computer it will put their name or something to identify them on the account and when it was looked at.

Easy…..ask sprint.
If what you say is true, tell them….they have a right to know…particularly if she is telling the truth. Give them her name and contact details. It may also be worthwhile letting the police know.

Write a letter to Sprint Nextel’s General Counsel, stating what you have put above (include as many details as possible).
Tell him/her that you are writing to try to resolve it without having to hire a lawyer to sue them in order to get it done.
If you do not get a response in 3 weeks (they need time to investigate), hire a lawyer to sue them.

Call the Sprint Executive office at 703-433-4401.
They can see everything.
If they don’t want to disclose the information, tell them your lawyer will call them.
(be polite at first, they re very nice in that dept)
