Can anyone tell me about the new phone or tracking device for you mobile phone, like GPS tracking?

GPS tracking on mobile phones are offered by 3rd pary companies, and usually ask you to pay for it termly i think. But if your tracking yourself… like for maps etc. 3g phones can (if the operator has it ['3' does]) can track down your phone to a postcode and other stuff.
