AFter waiting weeks for mine to arrive and paying almost $300, I can’t get GEMINI (who sells gps tracking phones through many sites, like childsafetytech.com) to even call me back about either replacing the broken phone delivered to me, or giving me a refund.
They said they have never “heard” of the product arriving broken to a customer and will have to “look into it” before they tell me anything: meanwhile I am out almost $300 and I got this for my youngest daughter. SInce children are being abducted, this was a peace of mind for us.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get this company’s LACK of support out to other parents who are getting suckered?
