I don’t think so on the gps but yes if you use the cell phone and laptop.

If someone has placed a GPS tracking system (not a navigation system you bought at Best Buy or the like) they can track it. If it has OnStar GM can track it if you push the OnStar button.
Cell phones can be tracked to the nearest tower.
Laptop can be tracked to the IP address you’re connected to.

A cell phone can be tracked to within about 100m when it is switched on and in sight of cell towers. That is a very rough estimate, in a city with lots of towers the accuracy is better, in remote areas it can be a lot worse.
If your parents pay your phone bill then they may be able to do that without you knowing, if the phone is in your name then the tracking service is required to notify you.
A laptop itself is not possible to track. However if it uses a cellular modem then that can be tracked. If it is connected to the internet then it is possible to trace where the connection is but that isn’t trivial, it would be beyond most parents computer skills.
GPS systems for giving you driving directions can’t normally be tracked, GPS only gives you your location, it doesn’t tell anyone else. To track someone using GPS requires a GPS with a built in modem or some other way of getting the location information out of the GPS.
However most in car GPS systems automatically log where you have been so that it’s easier for you to go back there again. Which means your parents could look at your GPS once you get back and find out where you went.
The simplest way to avoid being tracked by any of these things is to simply switch them off.
