I wasn't sure how well it would work but it does do what it claims and more. At first I only thought that it just gave a reveiw of where the car went. Then I started playing with the top icons. It really shows every thing. Where car went, how long it stopped, and the complete route the car took showing every street the car drives on. It is amazing. -Software is for Windows only

-I called customer support and they weren’t very helpful. Suggested pretty quickly that I might need to return the device to the seller if I’m not getting a sat lock.

I then had to call and have the separate battery ordered cancelled as well, why was there two orders, I dont know. Anyway that was the first time and maybe last time I order from Amazon!
