Is there any way of tracking every text that has been sent from a mobile phone number?
My friend has told me that he can track every text that has been sent from a mobile phone number within the last 4 years. He says his friend is some sort of ‘detective’ and can do this. I’m wondering if this is at all possible? Once texts have been deleted from phones, can they still be tracked by people? If a number has been changed across to different networks, does it make a difference? Any opinions or advice will be great. Thanks x

You can view the outgoing and incoming text message history on your bill but not the content of the text. Every time you do something with your phone, change the number, make a call, send a text, your phone company keeps a record of it. If a court needs to see the text msg history of a person they can demand the information and the companies will provide it.
