Why would you want to do that? This is an important security feature.
It would help emergency responders find you if your car goes down a ravine and you are trapped. Cell phones have been used to find people in just those situations.
If you’re a kid, then you’re wanting to sneak around behind your parents’ back by trying to turn off the GPS tracking. That would be really stupid to do.
Leave your phone alone.
