I lost my cell phone, is there any way i can get it back by tracking it?
I had a Palm Treo 650 with Sprint. My contract didn’t end till the end of the year. I would just get a new phone but the treo that i lost had EverythinG on it!! ofcourse it didn’t have my credit card numbers on it or anything confidential but it had all my presentations, contacts, schedules, etc. is there any way that sprint would be able to track my phone?

Probably not, I had the same problem with my iPhone even though the company is probably able to track it they won’t do it because it’s in their best interest to keep people buying new phones every time they lose one or it gets stolen. Plus who ever finds your phone might switch to sprint to use it or upgrade their plan. It sucks but I called AT&T about this and thats basically what the lady told me. I can’t see sprint approaching it any differently

I doubt that the police would let you do that, if you lost in a public area it’s a goner, if it’s at home call it.
