If he is paying you to drive your car to different locations then he could probably require you to carry one.

No he cannot. He can go to jail for stalking and invasion of privacy and other charges.
UNLESS-
You are using your vehicle for employment, and it is a requirement of your job, then he can with your permission. If he is paying you to deliver, time, etc, then he has a right to if it is a requirement of employment.

NO he can’t, It’s your car, But he could make you carry a tracking device on your person. The same way some company’s require employees to carry radios with them.

It depends. Is driving part of your job? Does the company pay you while you are out in your car? Maybe you are a sales or service person and you are on the clock even when not in the office? If so I could see them wanting you to carry a GPS unit. Can they force you to carry one? No, you can quit if you don’t like it.

If there was a way to ensure it was programmed to only be active while you are on the clock, maybe, but, otherwise, I would suggest it is an unwarranted and illegal invasion of privacy. It is no business of his whether you go to Wal-Mart or Sears, McDonalds or Pizza Hut, after work or on weekends, or even cruise the red light district! I don’t know of any websites that would have laws on this, because I don’t know if such a law even exists, but you don’t need a specific law to challenge something.
