Are there cell phone tracking devices for people like me who loose them 7 times a year?

There are devices built into most newer cell phones that track your location. They are used for 911 and some providers have a sytem where you can view where the cell phone is, usually for kids (eg: your teen goes to the movies and you want to make sure they are there and not somewhere else) Hope this helps! =>
