I was trying to locate the exact location of a phone, does anyone know if there is a way to do that on the web for free? I know there is one for airplanes..But I cant find one for cell phones. They all just tell its registered location, and not an exact gps location.

I have an app on my phone that works for free and will send a link w/ a map to the exact LAT/ LONG back via sms or email. It’s called Smart Phone Tracker= this version only works with Windows Mobile phones and you need to have phone available to install this software before trying to track the phone. Check it out here.
